I hear the alto is easiest. The sopranos tend to be pitchy and the tenors take more of an effort to get the sound out. I've been teaching myself on alto for a year now and it's going quite well. Help me (ladies please or fellas who think they can help)?

I'm 20 and I'm having some serious pain on my left ovary and my lower back on the right side is killing me, I'm all of a sudden exhausted and just feel tired all of the time, and I have been extremely over emotional. I don't like the song part. Some call compositions songs and I can't stand that. My favorite though is "It is so long. How do i get my emails back after updating from office 03 to 2010?

I was using office 2003 pro and have just bought 2010 home and student and this does not have a new outlook, upon setup of the new program in the advanced settings I stated not to remove outlook 03 but when I restarted 03 outlook was missing, and also missing from the program folder. I had numerous emails in there so I tried restarting to an earlier point but all attempts failed so I now have the new office minus outlook so I am downloading the new outlook and want to retrieve all my emails that I had in the old outlook. Any ideas of how to retrieve them, I have the PST archive file I think somewhere if it has not been removed but how about all the recent emails and calendar events?

What do people prefer bulldog or french bulldog?

It sounds like you really know what you want! I personally love both breeds, but they really are both prone to many health issues. They both will need regular check ups with a good vet, of course, and daily cleaning between wrinkles. Also, if you live somewhere that gets really hot, I might think about another breed, as both of them have flat faces and cannot tolerate heat. Personality wise, I'd say frenchies are more friendly in general than bulldogs, but it's really about how they are brought up and how well socialized they are. Also, I'm sure you are aware, but bulldogs are quite a bit bigger then french bulldogs.

I trust my children, because I TRUST the way I raised them. When they came to me with questions about the facts of life, I answered their questions. When they were young and wanted to watch R-rated movies, I sat with them and explained things. When they wanted to watch American Dad and other lewd shows, I said yes, as long as I don't hear curses from their mouths. They judge others by their character and not the social category they come from. They show an interest in driving I encourage it. If they want to date, I allow it as long as I meet the fella. However, when you buy cheap instruments, they don't always sound the best and are produced rapidly for money. Bassoonists: Do you use a hand rest when playing?

I use a seat strap, and I find that my left hand tends to slip/move and get tired. I have heard about hand support when playing bassoon and I have a hand rest, I just dont know where to put it or how to use it. My hand could be getting tired just because I am somewhat small and I am not completely used to the instrument yet.I have been playing for about a month, so that explains my ignorance about hand rests!

Yeah, that's basically a lacquered piece of scrap metal. Don't buy it. I'm not saying that you need to spend a fortune on an instrument, but for something that cheap, you'd get your money's worth. If you're on a budget, check eBay or Craigslist for a used horn from a decent brand (Bach, Yamaha, King, Holton, Conn, Besson, Getzen, etc.).

You can walk into Guitar Center and buy one for that, but you'd have to add on sales tax. If you buy one online and having to play shipping be sure you consider that. Personally, I'd buy one at a music store so you can play it first and see how it sounds. Each guitar is a bit different so it's good to play the one you're buying and have someone there who can address any setup issues or questions you have about the guitar.

When do you know when it's time to go from a toddler bed to a twin size bed?

my husband and i disagree on whether it is time for our 3 year old to have a big bed yet. he is 3 years old, and has had his toddler bed since he turned 2 years old.. he weighs about 40 lbs but he has long legs. at night sometimes when i go in to check on him he is literally hanging off of the bed. his legs will be in hanging off the side in the floor, i have even seen him hanging off with his head and shoulders and chest down on a pillow in the floor and his legs and feet on the bed. i think he is just too big for it, but my husband insists that he is just fine, that his toddler bed should last him until he is at least 6 years old??? seriously? could you imagine? lol...a few weeks ago the children and i went to visit my parents and the my son and i shared a full size bed, and i would put him to bed before i would go, and when i would go in to bed, i would have to move him over because he made himself comfy by getting right in the middle and spreading his legs and arms out wide. he loved it. and now that we are home, he lasts in his bed until about 2-3 a.m. and then has been coming to get in bed with me when my husband gets up to go to work.. he loves the extra space and i think he needs it.. how do i get my hubby to understand that the poor little fella needs more space? i think he's just being cheap and not wanting to buy a new bed, or he just hates the fact that our little boy is growing so fast and i can sympathize but, he is a growing boy and needs to be able to sleep comfortably. i'd like to see my hubby cram his body in to a tiny bed and sleep all night to see how it feels.. so, do you think it's time for a bigger bed? or is he right, should we wait?

Performance tomorrow twisted ankle help!?

ok so i know that I shouldn't do anything on a twisted ankle for fear of making it worse but I have a dance performance tomorrow (dancers know how it is...MANDATORY) and I'm pretty sure i twisted my ankle learning a lyrical dance for the performance tomorrow, there is a lyrical routine with lots of leaps and jumps and a hip hop routine as well... I don't want anyone telling me not to dance tomorrow because if I want to make the high school dance team, well, I have to. I know i should stay off it as much as possible as I can barely walk and I have been icing it and all i have it elevated at the moment and I'm going to soak it in epsom salt right now. How can I get get a demo together?

I am an aspiring songwriter- I create lyrics and melody, but I don't play an instrument and I suck at making beats to go along with my songs. I can sing, not a Beyonce, more along the lines of Norah Jones. Anyway, I feel like my talent is being wasted because I don't play an instrument and therefore can't put a demo together. I was going to a so called producer, but he completely twisted my music into something he wanted rather than what I was trying to create. I feel so frustrated. I heard that in todays music world you have to submit a demo that is basically "professional" in order to even stand a chance. So my question is how can someone like me get a demo if I don't play an instrument and don't have music to accompany my songs? I need to record an album with 6-8 tracks on it. Where's a good place with good equipment and how much do you think it would cost? Which place charges the least amount? How to find your sound as a singer?

I'm 14 years old. I'm a good writer and i want to be a singer. I know it can't just happen I understand that I must work at it, post videos on youtube, get my name out there, etc. It's become difficult for me to write songs because I have trouble finding a rhythme that I like and it makes it even more difficult that I don't play an instrument. I know, i should play an instrument, but I don't know what genere I'd want to sing/write songs so how do i choose an instrument? I'm trying to teach myself how to play the keyboard, but I've realized that may not be my sound. I'm still going to learn because i can't hurt, right? I used to have a six-pack but now all I have is a little lump and I need to lose fat, not weight.?

It's not a huge little bit of fat, I can feel the muscle underneath it, but I can't go to the gym or anything like that because I'm a lot younger than this website thinks I am. I can't control my own diet yet because I still live with my mom :3 I'm just a kid... but the only sport I do was soccer but even that is gone now because it's summer. I used to do swimming, soccer, karate, and baseball but all those I stopped because Middle School started last year and I had a lot to keep up with. I play Alto Saxophone, Tenor Saxophone, Viola, Guitar, and Piano. The only instruments I don't have private lessons for are Guitar and Tenor Saxophone so I'm still pretty busy, so doing anything that takes more than 60 minutes a day is out of the question, but now that it's summer, I have a lot of time on my hands but I intend to stick to the exercise routine throughout the next school year so it can't be too long. so please help! I need to lose fat! I'm not saying I need to lose weight because I only weigh 80 lbs.

Attrite and Rewrite? (Navy)?

I joined the Navy DEP in pursuit of a Challenge contract. The only way to get a challenge contract is to DEP into the Navy and choose a rate and then you meet with a Motivator/Mentor who will administer the PST and evaluate you to determine whether or not to grant you a Challenge contract. To this point, I have been unsuccessful in meeting the requirements on the running portion of the PST due to shin splints caused by my own lack of running knowledge. I tried pushing too far/too quickly and have payed the price but am recovering and feel I have learned a valuable lesson. My recruiter told me I do not have enough time left in DEP to get a Challenge contract anymore and that my best option to get into the training pipeline of the rate I am after would be to just go to RTC with the rate I signed up for and go to A school and eventually try and request orders to my desired ratings pipeline. If thats my only option, then so be it. But an alternative has been mentioned to me by a few others to try and Attrite and Re-write due to the fact that I don't want to do the rating I am signed up for (the only reason I signed for the rate was because the system in place calls for a recruit to sign for any rate and DEP in before an opportunity to get a challenge contract). They said the chances of getting into the pipeline I want once I am already doing another job is very slim because there are so many people joining the Navy now. So i guess my question is, before I bring this up to my recruiter, is an attrite and re-write something they actually do to buy more time? Especially nowadays with recruiting numbers the way they are? Thanks for any help or knowledge yall can share.
