Help me (ladies please or fellas who think they can help)?

I'm 20 and I'm having some serious pain on my left ovary and my lower back on the right side is killing me, I'm all of a sudden exhausted and just feel tired all of the time, and I have been extremely over emotional. I'm usually not. Also my period is usually every 26 days and lasts for 4 days well I just got off my period 2 weeks ago and I just got it back, I usually have horrible cramps but with this one I haven't any that were unbearable. Me and my boyfriend had sex the 29 and he was wearing a condom but like always he takes it off before he finishes and pulls out right before he finishes. And I dunno if any could have gotten inside of me or if this is just due to stress. Cause I was really stressed the 30 due to my mom and her boyfriend or ex boyfriend being asses and I got my period back the 31 and I don't know if that was because I was so stressed out or what. Now I don't automatically jump to conclusions, but this is the first time that has happened. I am a smoker too I dunno if that would have anything to do with this or not. Also I was on birthcontrol but I stopped taking it about a year ago. But my period was normal during and after I stopped taking birthcontrol. And please no negative answers I just want to know whats going on. And I have no clue why he does that it happens everytime we have sex. He'll pull out take the condom off, continue and then before he finishes, he pulls out again. And I know he doesn't want kids right now, he wants to wait until we are financially stable. Please no hateful comments. I'm not saying anyone can just be like hey, your pregnant I just want to know if anyone else has had this problem. And why it would happen also sorry this is so long and thank you so much for reading and trying to help(:
