How long does it typically take to get a special warfare waiver?

I already was passed by MEPS to join the NAVY but recently wanted to obtain a special warfare challenge contract. I had my ACL reconstructed after high school wrestling but it has given me no issues. I have EPASSED every PST I have taken. My recruiter submitted my paperwork about 3-4 weeks ago.
