What do men love in the bedroom?

I want to spice things up in the bedroom with my boyfriend. We tend to stick to the routine of me on top, then flip and him on top.. sometimes a 'getting it from the back' might come into play. We both have passion for eachother and have sex often, it's just we don't have any new ideas. I personally would like to know some things that men LOVE in the bedroom or a couple of different positions that men love so I can surprise and please my man! :o) any help fellas?
