Is learning any instrument at 14 going on 15 to late?

i feel old already i feel like i dont have anything special about me so i will raise money to buy an instrument like guitar or drums.

I thought it was 6pm local time (which of course has already passed in some places) but I hear its 6 EST or 6 PST? Don't believe in any of this btw, just wondering.
